            Abstract : 
This paper gives a numerical instability analysis of a high power Ka-band rectangular double-grating sheet beam backward wave oscillator (BWO). In the experiment, this BWO can generate a pulsing microwave power of 46.8MW but with a degree of instability. This simulation analysis can provide some significance for guiding the experiment.
