  • Abstract
    MFS, An improved magnetic field simulator, is a 2-D and 3-D code with finite element method. It can be used to model and design focusing system with periodic permanent magnet (PPM) in the microwave tubes. The results are very close to the results of Ansoft-Maxwell.
