Abstract :
Aiming at problem of force condition of vane in high pressure vane pump, through analyzing hydraulic pressure forces, motion inertia forces and contacting reaction forces which were exerted by stator and rotor in vane, dynamic model of force in inlet area was built. Contacting reaction forces were solved at two cases of considering vane´s shape, thickness and didn´t, a series of variation curves of contacting reaction forces were obtained by simulation. Through analyzing and contrasting, great differences were found at two cases, and sometimes much effect will be generated if vane´s shape and thickness is ignored. Force condition of vane with arc top is better than Single-sided sloping vane whose top isn´t arc.
