  • Abstract
An RF amplifier under compression is measured using a multicarrier signal covering the band from 500MHz to 1.5GHz, using the vectorial network analyzer for nonlinear systems (NVNA). Based on this measurement, a Wiener-Hammerstein model for this device is extracted. The model captures the wide band properties of the DUT up to 1.4% error inside the excitation model.
