Abstract
A high-power measurement bench is presented, which combines the time-domain measurement system with an active harmonic load-pull. The bench has been developed to support the development of power amplifiers operating at power levels up to least 30W. However, its architecture is scalable with increasing power levels. This paper presents the measurement bench, addressing the key challenges confronted during its realization, and its application for single device optimization.
