Abstract :
Using of resonant mode of switching in power converter allows increasing frequency conversion, power density and decreasing of electromagnetic interference (EMI). However, additional components dissipate energy. Thus, efficiency of converter reduces. Authors of this paper have made analysis of loss in resonant tank and have detected that extremum of dependence loss on resonant tank parameters exists.
