Abstract :
We present a new architecture for parallel motion estimation video processing. This architecture is designed to process the data in parallel; therefore, in comparison to the regularly used nonparallel architectures, it is up to 15 times faster. The speed of this architecture is suitable for frames of up to size 640*480 pixels, and its power efficiency makes it a very suitable design for mobile devices that need any kind of video streaming.
