  • Abstract
An auto-tracking system of solar transmission mechanism was established by SolidWorks software. And motion simulation of the system was done by COSMOSMotion. Meanwhile, static force analysis under the weight load of the solar auto-tracking system was conducted by finite element model with ANSYS. A detailed simulation analysis of the system was performed and we gave solutions to the whole process. The results showed that kinematic analysis could achieve the desired results, and the phenomenon of interference did not occur. Also, under weight load condition, the mechanism stiffness and strength data showed that the system would fully meet the needs of the design.
