  • Abstract
    There are extensive risks in the aquatic products cold chain. Based on the characteristics of aquatic products, Special conditions and equipment needed for aquatic products cold chain construction, this study establishes index system which reflects the production, processing, transportation, sales and other influence factors. The study determines the weight of each index by using the analytical hierarchy process, and constructs the evaluation of aquatic products cold chain risk model by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, through the empirical analysis of aquatic products cold chain enterprises, the study verifies the validity of the model.
