Abstract :
In this paper, a model of optimal allocation with planned market is presented. At the same time, with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm, the solution of this model is obtained. Furthermore, an application of this model applied in JuShui River basin shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed schemes.
