Abstract :
This essay introduce a new method to do cylinder reliability test with power recycling function: Inter-loaded Reliability Test Method for Double Cylinders. Explain the hydraulic theory of this power recycling method, introduce the flow matching function designed for test stand proportional valve. Take boom cylinder as an example, calculate the energy-saving effect of this new method in reliability test. Based on reliability test requirement as well, this essay design the swing hydraulic cylinder test stand and optimize the specification.
