  • Abstract
Geometry line modeling technique is basically a kind of important modeling application when proceeding space complex object construction. First, paper introduced rules for building VRML virtual line model, including IndexedLineSet node´s function and its syntax format etc. Here we mainly discussed some of IndexedLineSet node´s important fields´ meaning, for example coord and coordIndex field, color and colorIndex field, also colorPerVertex field. Second, paper designed application examples for illustrating rendering and building method for VRML´s geometry space complex line Model. Finally, paper pointed out that for any complex natural modeling object, we all can use VRML provided PointSet, IndexedLineSet, IndexedFaceSet, ElevationGrid and Extrusion node, as Shape modeling node´s geometry field value, for constructing.
