Abstract :
With the rapid development of network industry in the world, e-commerce is an inevitable trend to make the same achievement. B2C enterprise in e-commerce can be divided into either enterprise itself or a third party logistics enterprise according to physical delivery projects. This paper analyzes the main barriers to hindering the development of B2C enterprise through empirical analysis from consumer´s demands. In order to promote service quality of B2C enterprise, the authors take a deep analysis from the aspects of the establishment of service objective, Web site´s popularity, building widespread logistical system, advanced technology support, building trust, service promise and so on. Humanized services could bring about the most customer satisfaction and loyalty.
