Abstract :
Under asymmetric information, when the enterprise out of league competes with alliance, we use the economic theory to analyze its expectation of achievements for the future. We find, if the strategic alliance is a competitive league, asymmetric information make the enterprise out of league adopt active policy positively. This is contrary to conventional wisdom, good information doesn´t always mean positive.
