Abstract
In the thermally stimulated luminescence spectrum of PVDF three peaks are found in the temperature range 120 K (γ-peak), 190 K (β-peak) and 320 K (α-peak). The use of numeric methods for experimental results development with the application of the regularization algorithms of Tikhonov (1986) and the method of varying the sample heating rate, allows one to define in a reliable way the parameters of the most probable activation energy and the effective frequency factor of electrically active defects for all relaxation processes in PVDF
