Abstract :
In precious paper we proposed some new methods of computer simulation of thermally stimulated TSD currents on the basis of the traditional used simplest Debye model (or first order differential equation) of charge relaxation both with one relaxation time and by presence of distribution of electrical active centers on relaxation time. In this paper we give computer simulation of TSD, TSP current on another, physical models of charge relaxation (here will be given new results for the model of three-layer dielectric and for symmetrical model of charge distribution in dielectric which are compared with experimental data for polymer films)
