Abstract :
A telephone survey was conducted with office representatives of 407 physician practices in Oregon. The purpose was to determine the selection and implementation processes related to software decisions. The respondents also rated the impacts of the software on the practice. The results are examined relative to practice size and type, cost of software, prior software experience and type of software
