Abstract :
In order to qualify the anti-shock performance of shipboard equipment and simulation actual underwater explosion(UNDEX) environment, a novel dual-wave shock test machine is developed. This machine is based on the concept of hydraulic drive system and it can generate a dual-wave shock acceleration meeting the specification defined in BV043/85. This paper establishes the simulation model of the hydraulic-actuate system of the novel dual-wave shock test machine and analysis the dynamic behaviors of the hydraulic-drive system. Simulation results demonstrate this system can meet the designed performance according to BV043/85.
