Abstract :
Community Electronic Service VPN network provide the backing for designing a safety monitoring system which bases on Community Electronic Service in the paper. By analysis of community electronic network deployment topology, design the overall structure of safety monitoring system. Detail the system design of security access control layer, the layer includes VPN device load balancing, and security access module scheduling mechanism. Proposed and designed to service nodes based on historical monitoring data for the VPN device load all strategies and multi-factor identity authentication encryption. Encryption in a multi-factor authentication, the service node initial landing approach to the plaintext password login, if the login is successful, the security access module and customer service modules through the three-way handshake for the client host hardware information, do MD5 encryption algorithm with these information and user password, and the generated results will replace the original RADIUS authentication of the user´s password, as the new authentication password for the users, while client authentication is set to multi-factor authentication.
