Research on negative external economy of natural resources exploiting enterprises in P.R.China

With the accelerating economy in China recent years, development of national economy demands more natural resources, which has stimulated exploration of these kinds of enterprises. Owing to high profit, they have imposed negative external economy problem, such as waste of resources, pollution of environment, misallocation of factors, losing of capital of goods and human resources. Some countermeasures should be provided to deal with these problems which include correct understanding of costs, strengthen managements and supervising of natural resources, enhancing cooperating competition and government regulation.
