Network consumption external diseconomy problem research

The development course of different time for the Chinese consulting industry is analyzed and different Chinese Consulting Organizations are introduced. Also the registered consulting professional system including registered survey and design professional system, registered investigation engineer system, registered cost control engineer system etc. are analyzed in this paper. The actuality and the existent problems of Chinese engineering consulting industry and registered consulting professionals system are analyzed and concluded in this paper in order to provide reference for the future development of Chinese consulting industry.
