A means of business processing reengineering for the supply chain of service systems

Business processing reengineering and optimizing for supply chain of service systems is an important foundation of enhancing the operational efficiency and improving the service quality. The grammatical approach has advantages in describing the processing operation and supporting the processing reengineering obviously. By using the existed grammatical approaches of processing describing for reference and combining the characteristics of supply chain of service systems, we put forward a grammatical model of business processing reengineering for the supply chain of service systems in this paper. Meanwhile, this model offers a scientific and systemic tool of solving problems for the implement of BPR in service systems. In addition, in order to exam the validity and maneuverability of this model, we analyze and reengineer the processes of supermarkets by it.
