  • Abstract
This article deals with effective running applications in clouds. In the paper we present some bioinfromatics problems. We introduce the following problems: genome assembly, sequence alignment and genome annotation, especially identification of gene variants. This problem is our motivation for research in k-cloud computing. Unfortunately, all problems are NP-hard. This is why a better architecture is needed. We call our new architecture k-cloud computing. In this article, we present abstraction of k-cloud computing. The main advantage of k-cloud computing is that it does not waste resources. The architecture rearrangement applications that run between clouds on one cloud platforms and try to save the resources, which can be used in a more reasonable way.
