Abstract :
The authors present the results of theoretical studies numerically analyzing the linear and nonlinear optical features of AlGaAs fractional-layer-superlattice (FLS) quantum wires. The results of the calculation are discussed in terms of quasi-1D quantum confinement effects, and are compared with experimental results
