Abstract :
The accurate prediction of the demand of equipment can produce great economic returns through the proper storage of aeronautic spare parts. This paper, by analyzing the distribution of demand probability of aeronautic spare parts firstly, has established a systematic method model for the storage of aeronautic spare parts and conducted model solution with dynamic programming method, thus there are two points as conclusion. (1) solving the problem of inventory optimization whose aim is system optimization and whose index is expectation OOS number. The merit of this method is that it can get a group of global optimal solutions which is beneficial to analyze the results. (2) Of course the inventory optimization model whose goal index is expectation OOS number focuses on the OOS of equipment and does not consider the constraint problem of different equipment in the support process. So it needs further research in this task.
