Study on the management and integrated optimization strategy of automobile enterprises´ supply chain

It is a strategic choice for Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprise to compete in the market depending on building the Low cost, High value and Quick response supply chain from the aspect of value chain. From the perspective of value chain, this paper analyzed the characteristics and development trends of automobile manufacturing enterprise, researched optimization objectives, basic principles, guiding philosophy and optimization of Chinese auto manufacturing enterprise´s supply chain management with integrated management thought and put forward the safeguard measures such as the “Three important business management”, “Three core team management” and “Four supporting system” to automobile manufacturing enterprise. So, this paper has certain references values for Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprise´s supply chain management and optimization.
