Abstract
Service Supply Chain is a new research concern in supply chain management. This paper proposes the basic mode of service supply chain, analyzes the characteristics of service vendor from four aspects. We present an approach for the evaluation and selection of service vendor. According to the Fuzzy AHP, and the triangular fuzzy numbers comparative theory, we establish the hierarchical architecture and synthetic weight for the development of a Fuzzy AHP based model to assess suppliers and to help manufacturers make informative decisions. A numerical example is given to carry on the confirmation to the selection method. In addition, analysis and conclusion were conducted.
