Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy, enterprise management modes and management approaches have undergone new changes. These new changes require enterprises to adopt a new management mode for development and survival, which is, knowledge as the core of management-knowledge management. Essentially, the enterprises for better decisions; better mastery of customers; assisting enterprises to reduce cost; profit increase. Obviously, Chinese enterprises must also accept the test of the management reform. specific benefits after the application of the enterprise knowledge management are: assisting .knowledge management has been introduced into large enterprises in America and Europe. The knowledge workers have become the largest labor force. the core competence of enterprises is the ability of knowledge accumulation, innovation and application. Therefore, knowledge management not only can be used as a strategic weapon to support the long-term sustainable development of an enterprise can also gain the enterprise a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.
