Abstract :
This paper firstly presents the implementation of CALL in EFL education in China based on the constructivist theory, then specifies the advantages of the web-based CALL approach. Lastly, the paper points out that the web-based CALL approach will be widely used in China as a new technique in presenting college EFL curriculum content and creating an interactive environment.
