Abstract :
This paper proposes a new mechanism based on the combination of rotation method and water-marking technology to fulfill the digital-image-bill authentication. The watermarking method we adopted is an modified block-based schemes for DCT-domain. Additionally, to make the watermark vulnerable for geometrical attacks, such as cropping, cutting, compression and rotation, we embedded our data with intra-block relations rather than inner-block relations. At the same time, we integrate rotate function to redress images for further identification. In this paper we detailed state the identification process, watermarking algorithm, rotation-redress algorithm, and experiment results.
