After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This research develops a new multifunctional nursing bed that can realize the movements of turning left and right sides and defecating on the bed for clinical use. And use the ADAMS to analysis the effects to the motor torque from the force on the rotated board, friction of contact pair and space position. By analysis of dynamic on the model of the main mechanism can get the curves and the influences of torque, which plays an important guiding role in selecting appropriate motor and installation structure.
