Notice of Retraction

From the point of solving the realistic problem of expanding the electric vehicles, as for electric sedan which is easier to charge in the way of change the batteries than the electric vehicles used for public transport, so this research introduces the conception of rental into the solving of this problem and analyse the battery rental model of electric sedan in terms of demand, establish the battery rental model of electric sedan and illustrate this model in detail, then analyse the factors which affect the network plan of battery rental model of electric sedan. There is some realistic meaning to some extent.
