Abstract
The author has constructed a reasoning algorithm, referred to as the metric-truth approach. This article applies the algorithm in question to empirical data, the Zimmermann-Zysno data. The algorithm is also compared with both the conventional algorithms and the prevailing fuzzified algorithms. The results show that the metric-truth approach can generate a simple, comprehensible and satisfactory system
