Implementation tactics of green operation based on enterprise and government

In recent years, how to make a coordinated growth of population, resource, environment and economy has become an important problem which draws universal attention of the world. Under this background, more and more enterprises begin to form a production operation system from the angle of environment protection which co-exists with environment and restrain damage of environment caused by enterprise production operation, thus promotes the outcome of “green operation”. This paper discusses the connotation of green operation, puts forward the tactics to realize green operation from two aspects of enterprise and government.
