Abstract :
A society has become complicated and various more and more, so we are exposed to a lot of stress and can have a mental health problem. The mental health should be diagnosed and managed for us to be happy. The system that is proposed in this paper is the mental healthcare system that measures a bio signal and analyzes the mental health and then supports an appropriate service to reduce a stress and melancholy. In this system, the bio signals (PPG, SKT, GSR) are measured by sensors in the bio signal measurement module and the measured bio signals are transferred to the PDA. We use a Bluetooth for WBAN communication. The PDA connects with the same bio signal measurement module repeatedly, but the PDA always searches the hop frequency whenever the PDA tries to connect with it. So it is inefficient and should be improved. In this paper, we propose the method to shorten WBAN connection time
