Abstract :
4th generation mobile communication service is high quality seamless broadband multimedia service, which can be used by less cost and more convenience. This service should be possible with anything, anytime, anywhere, anydevice, anyone (AAAAA). Competition has already been begun. We have enough know-how about 2G and 3G mobile communication systems. With these strengths, if we keep producing and providing highly advanced services using 4 generation mobile communication technologies, our country can make a firm foundation to lead worldwide market in 4 generation mobile communication. In addition, our country will be still one of the most powerful countries in IT area
