The era of Web 3.0 is coming. Intelligence and instrumentation of the library information service, individual service to readers, and humanized service environment are all the effects Web 3.0 brings to the library. To meet the challenge of Web 3.0, library Based on Web 3.0 must relocate, actively introduce new ideas, improve librarians´ information technology literacy, and carry out a series of innovations in the mode of information service.
