Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate the effects of nonlinear power amplifiers in a multi-port amplifier subsystem, and the benefit resulting from applying a type-based linearization approach. Computer simulations show that power efficiency and system performance can be significantly improved by linearizing the power amplifiers.
