Abstract :
This paper describes PandaPE, a circuit extraction program which uses boundary element method (BEM) to accurately calculate interconnection resistance and capacitance. Besides, other techniques, such as simple and fast formulas, look-up tables and subregion division, are used to improve the execution speed. The experiments show that, the program is efficient in speed and accuracy
