Abstract :
In this paper, we wanted to maximize the LEO satellite access for different condition of ground station´s latitude and different satellite´s altitude. This purpose has been obtained with proper inclination angle of satellite orbit around of the earth (to the equator) in optimum value. The optimum angles have been determined by satellite tool kit (STK) simulations
