  • Abstract
Location Based Services (LBS) consider service provision on the basis of location but they donpsilat take into consideration time aspect and userpsilas interests. Therefore, customization of services on the basis of correlated spatio-temporal (location specific, time bounded) situations, and users with common interests canpsilat be satisfied through LBS. Community Time-distance-oriented Information Environment (CTIE) is proposed to enable provision of customized services to-specific users in specific place at specific time. CTIE incorporates time-awareness and demand-oriented contexts to revamp one-dimensional LBS into three-dimensional community pervasive services (CPS). In proposed Autonomous Decentralized Community System, the key requirement is to find the most appropriate service according to context of proximity, for example the nearest one from userpsilas current position with most reasonable price, in real-time considering dynamic situation (varying time-distance). Unlike conventional n-ring strategy, we present novel idea of autonomous expansion of search ring using snailpsilas pace advancement of request message proportional to time-distance at each link, followed by swift boundary confining mechanism to seek appropriate service provider. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
