Abstract :
This paper-focuses on data fusion, its importance in the information domain, problems of managing development of data fusion capability and the additional difficulties imposed by coalition operations. It proposes some necessary data fusion community definitions, approaches and some specific management ideas to provide such capability to war-fighters, putting them in the best position to succeed in whatever role or mission they are called upon to execute.
