Study on the Reconfiguration Paths of Knowledge Resources in Failure Projects

There are most of failure projects in the enterprises. And many resources in these projects do not have their full effect in day-to-day operation of enterprises. There is no doubt that knowledge resources of these resources have important value and play an irreplaceable role for the development of enterprises. This paper aims of analyzing the knowledge resources in failure projects, establishes the reconfiguration paths diagram of knowledge resources from the knowledge resources in human brain and products, and analyzes the profit and loss of the different paths to search the optimal configuration mode for realizing the value maximization. Strengthening the emphasis on knowledge resource easelessly will be helpful to improve the utilization of knowledge resources for the enterprises.
