  • Abstract
    Different kinds of spectral pretreatment methods are studied to quantify cephalosporins mixture solutions using Raman spectra. Variable selections were also performed to obtain better accuracy. The results demonstrate that suitable preprocessing method can substantially improve the prediction performance.
