Abstract :
This paper presents the quantum cascade laser (QCL) integrated with metal silt-grating structure which produces beams with little divergence angle. This phenomenon can be attributed to the effects of surface plasmons. With the grating grooves regarded as the antenna array, the output beams of this integrated laser are simulated. At last, the interpretation and discussion about the far-field intensity of this beam changed with several variables are performed.
