            Abstract : 
Directive radiation of electromagnetic waves based on anisotropic metamaterials has been experimentally verified, where nearly zero refraction index along the direction of propagation has been designed. The wave impedance of this anisotropic material is matched to that of air, which can greatly improve the radiation efficiency.
