Abstract :
A stacked V-slot microstrip antenna is presented, to improve its frequency bandwidth. The effects of V-slot parameters such as position, length, width and angle of the V-slot on the impedance bandwidth are investigated. A bandwidth as high as 47% is obtained with the same crosspolarization level as the stacked U-slot microstrip antenna.
