Abstract :
We have developed the ceramic VCXO (voltage controlled crystal oscillator) with the positive emitter coupled logic (PECL). It has the delay time less than 2 ns and the faster logic gate, and the high level output greater than 2.3 V and the low level output smaller than 1.68 V. In order to estimate their performance, we use the Zig system. It supports the precise performance evaluation of the VCXO from the dielectric and the echo signal and minimize their phase noise and jitter noise
