Abstract
This paper presents a novel broad-band dual linearly polarized microstrip antenna array with low crosspolarization for operation in the frequency range from 5.05 GHz to 5.55 GHz used in the airborne E-SAR project. The main antenna array parameters are shown and discussed. The current development status is at the mounting of the first prototype of the antenna array. Therefore, experimental results of the array will be discussed during the paper presentation.
