  • Abstract
    Quality construction of the army cadre is an important part of the armed forces quality construction, Quality construction of the army cadre is the core and foundation of the armed forces quality construction. In this paper, evaluation model of the army cadre quality construction was constructed by the theory and methods of systems engineering in the information technology, the evaluation results can truly reflect the development trend of the quality construction of the army cadre.
